The Prowl mechanic is the main focus here. Using Invisible Stalker and fliers to cause damage to the player, then paying the Prowl cost during the 2nd main phase to turn the battlefield to your favor.
A 5/3 Earwig Squad can be played Turn 3, and exile 3 critical spells (including lands #fucktron) from your opponents library.
Oona's Blackguard and Stinkdrinker Bandit pump your unblocked rogues.
Frogtosser Banneret lowers the CMC of all Rogue spells, including Notorious Throng (which can grant you and extra turn in addition to lots of fliers) and Thieves' Fortune which can help move cards through your library.
Oona's Blackguard and Soaring Thought-Thief help to discard and mill your opponent so that Zareth San, the Trickster can swoop in and play some gems from your opponent's graveyard.
Lastly, though the average cost of this deck is a 3.00, the Prowl cost for most of the spells is significantly lower, and with the aid of any Frogtosser Banneret on the battlefield, lowers the overall average cost again. There is the potential to play Notorious Throng for as its Prowl cost earning you both X 1/1 Faerie Rogue fliers AND an extra turn!
