An attempt to exploit Temur Ascendancy somehow. The idea is that, well, there sure is a lot of four-power creatures that cost 2. They're not usually resilient, and sometimes have crippling drawbacks, but that's actually okay: They have haste, so you're probably getting a hit in, and they draw you a card to replace them anyway. Ideally, this deck spends turns one and two ramping, turn three resolving and defending the Ascendancy, and then just machine guns creatures. Sideboard should contain Fervor + Garruk's Packleader for redundancy.

Suggestions for the even more budget-conscious: Much heavier green, Utopia Sprawl instead of Birds, Shock instead of Bolt, Stubborn Denial instead of Spell Pierce, Vivid Grove instead of City of Brass and you're cutting the cost in like half.

Suggestions for the rich kids: Fast and better mana base (shock- and fetchlands), Vexing Devil, Remand, Tarmogoyfs, Serum Visions.
