RDW Folding to Leyline of Sanctity

I've been playing different versions of stock RDW, and 7 times out of 10, people side in Leyline of Sanctity and render a bunch of cards dead drops. See:
And without creatures in play, or with hexproof creatures, these cards are also dead drops:
I want to start playing a competitive RDW, but I'm concerned about the leylines being damnningly powerful against the deck. Thoughts and opinions?
I primarily want to remain mono-red for the purposes of Blood Moon . It's just such a strong card against 95% of decks out there that mainboarding a playset will severely cripple most decks.

By doing that, you also cripple.yourself from beating the one thing that mono red really can't answer

What Vamp said. Splashing may give you a better option with Destructive Revelry
, as it has more utility and goes with the burn gameplan over Wear / Tear
.

I've found that a more creature-based deck is more resilient to the Leyline. Vexing Devil is still a bitch, along with all the other ones (Goblin Guide , Hellspark Elemental , etc)

Yeah, I run a playset of Goblin Guide , Hellspark Elemental , Vexing Devil , Grim Lavamancer , and then two Ball Lightning as a curve topper.

Are you running Eidolon of the Great Revel ? Because that card can beat a large portion of modern decks on it's own. I think every burn deck should be running 4 of them right now.

Elemental Appeal is the other Ball Lightning , and as for the 2nd Goblin Guide , Monastery Swiftspear , though you will have to be wary on your creature count. Seal of Fire is fun to use with it because you now have stacked up removal to use whenever you want.

See Rakdos Burn and the splash of green used for Destructive Revelry in the sideboard.

Searing Blood does not target a player, neither does Molten Rain . Eidolon of the Great Revel 's ability also doesn't target. There are ways to play around leyline.

Splash white, even if just a little and you get access to Wear / Tear and Boros Charm That's probably going to be the best answer
