Neoform "reanimator" potential targets

I'm brewing a "reanimator" list with Neoform that can cheat out game-ending 7-drops like Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite as fast as turn 3: 4C Delvolution: The Breakdown.
But since Elesh Norn doesn't do anything against non-creature decks, do you guys know any other 7-drops that has the same impact but against non-creature decks?
Also, do you guys know another cantrip in Sultai colors that can mill 3 like card:Thoughtscour? Having to splash Red just for Faithless Looting is not ideal
World Breaker and Distended Mindbender doesn't actually work because Neoform doesn't actually cast the thing it's cheating out...

Bane of Bala Ged if you think you'll have an opportunity to attack may be worth looking at
Gaea's Revenge as another beatstick they probably can't deal with
Plated Crusher comes with its own built in protection
Simic Sky Swallower would require a board wipe to remove
Sphinx of the Final Word would prevent them from countering your own spells

I’d go with Allosaurus Rider it has a huge CMC and can be free casted. Sooo turn two Griselbrand

Since you're playing Eldritch Evolution it's probably worth playing 1 Iona, Shield of Emeria for noncreature decks. Can't search it out with Neoform, but I'd say 4 Evolutions and Lootings is enough to allow you to get it when you need it.
To tack on to the Allosaurus Rider post, here's an idea for that: UG Neoform Stompy (WAR)

The best card I've found against non-creature decks is Ruric Thar, the Unbowed . The problem is it's CMC is 6, so you would only be able to get it off of Eldritch Evolution .
Elderscale Wurm can work well against opponent's who aren't running Path to Exile , but that may be too narrow.

Iona, Shield of Emeria , Griselbrand , and Sphinx of the Steel Wind are all pretty punishing fatties.

Angel of Serenity gives you some resilience to removal as well you can bury your own permanent under it to try and dissuade them

Platinum Angel can work to lock some combos out. Rune-Scarred Demon or for answers can be good. World Breaker sees play in green tron for a reason- a universal exile is pretty decent.
The best in my opinion? Protean Hulk - The combos are all out there and your spells have its sacrifice as a casting cost.
I'd give some thought to Distended Mindbender sideboard- its not perfect but it works wonders against control.
Its also worth looking at Extractor Demon - the ability to cast it from the yard then sac it is pretty decent.
