Reaper Prince, needs upgrade to King

So ive been adjusting my deck and i wanna know if some of the Kaladesh cards i have woulld be useful (i know Panharmonicon will be but im getting to that point) and i wanna mmake some cuts. Specifically to Obelisk of Alara, Cover of Darkness, Banefire, Moonglove Winnower and Mothdust Changeling.
I have Noxious Gearhulk, Smuggler's Copter, Refurbish, Panharmonicon, Foundry Inspector, Chief of the Foundry, Nissa, Vital Force, and Inventors' Fair I thought about adding.
I'll also take any advice to improve the deck itself, but i want it to be a scarecrow tribal (as much as possible, so i dont wanna go out and get every changeling) focused more on Reaper King and less about 5-color goodstuff.
i have Ghostway in the deck already and thought about adding Rite of Replication but i dont have it, and i traded mmy Blade of Selves away as part of the updates i listed on my deck page.

Honestly, other than Panharmonicon and Inventors' Fair, I really don't see how any of the cards you just listed are worthwhile for a Reaper King deck.
I'd cut all of them and add in Rite of Replication and Blade of Selves, Brago, King Eternal, Ghostway, and Eerie Interlude.
