It's mostly removal. Exile mainly. Odd Control. Hit the lands first so Mana Tithe really pays off!

Main Gameplan...

Make their permanents Black or White with Distorting Lens , Painter's Servant or Eight-and-a-Half-Tails (possibly Cloudchaser Kestrel see- maybeboard).

-Start Exiling them with Devout Lightcaster, Celestial Purge, Glare of Heresy. Exile their lands or any permanent!

-Exile or Destroy creatures with Gideon's Defeat or Purge -sideboard

-Slap a removal instant or Mana Tithe on the Isochron Scepter.

-Block w/o fear or attack w/o being blocked thanks to Mirran Crusader , Devout Lightcaster (possibly Cloudchaser Kestrel see- maybeboard).

-Thin your deck. Never draw a Plains again but still play one every turn with Endless Horizons. Down to a 1 of. It's great when it hits.

-Bump your bros with Light from Within. only a 1 of at this point.

-Counter/protection with Mana Tithe -currently mainboard and Rebuff the Wicked -sideboard

Sideboard...

-Creature removal Purge -sideboard

-Counter a spell that targets a permanent you control Rebuff the Wicked -sideboard

-Artifact and Enchantment removal for 1 Fragmentize -sideboard CC4 should not be a problem if you're exiling lands.

-Still thinking about Reciprocate -sideboard Is this good or not???

Mana Tithe working in mainboard. It's the first to side out though.

Land Explanation...

1 of Mistveil Plains just on the off chance that you get close to milling yourself after stripping your Plains with Endless Horizons. It's often a slow controlling game with you just exiling every permanent they play and pinging with small creatures.

Recent updates...

Added Gideon's Defeat because it's too good for only 1 and an instant to play off the Isochron Scepter. I dropped Scuttlemutt because it felt too slow. By turn 4 you usually hit one of the other 9 (soon to be 10) cards that only cost 2. I dropped Crusader for another Gideon's Defeat and 2nd Eight-and-a-Half-Tails.
