Help me with my playgroup's weekly challenge!

My play group has been doing a weekly challenge in which one member makes a new challenge each week and then we play our brews on Cockatrice. This week, the challenge was to build a Standard deck with assigned colors. (Usually we play budget Modern.) My assigned colors are UR. What I've got here is just a bunch of cards I think seem decent, so I'm not married to any of them. That said, I'm still looking to brew something original. Since I don't usually play Standard or build UR decks, I'm especially interested in any advices people might have, bearing in mind this will by played against 3 other decks in a multiplayer format. The deadline is Thursday Oct 24th, 6:00pm EST.
