Here's the latest updated version of "Toxic Mind Control". The two main changes in this latest update, is using Jace, Mirror Mage instead of Mordenkainen. The former is still cheaper by 1 mana to cast in its "kicked" form, and in my opinion is better for drawing cards. I also swapped out the copies of Negate, for Jwari Disruption  , and added those Negate now to my sideboard for when I start BO3 against other Control deck, where Reject is of less value.

Also, a subtle thing I've done for now, is give myself an extra swamp (and one less island) than what MTGA's suggested lands. My rational there is that Dread Fugue and Bloodchief's Thirst are both great Turn One cards to play, and I feel having an extra swamp makes it a bit more likely that I can do that.
