HELP! Will this deck to well competitively at my family?

I would really like to hear from people for suggestions but please bare in mind I am trying to keep this deck as budget as possible as I don't have too much money to make the whole shazam! Thanks for looking at the deck

I haven't made a sideboard yet because I need to try out the deck properly but I'm think of adding in my removal like swords to plowshares perhaps for low numbered creature decks like splinter twin or delver? What do you think?
