This is the non-budgeted version of my original deck idea.

The Amonkhet block makes this entire thing work and gives us the opportunity to use Tibalt to his maximum potential. Tibalt is genuinely a weird card it is both good and extremely bad. For planeswalker he is extremely well balanced and his ultimate reeks havoc on your opponent.

The Scorpion God is an awesome card and synergizes really well with Archfiend of Ifnir it gets you extra cards to discard and cycle in order to put more -1 counters on creatures kill them and keep drawing. Scorpion God is also a really good early game card for discard fodder as you will continue to get it back. Using Hazoret the Fervent you can deal continuous damage to your opponent and discard cards. Elixir of Immortality is really an interchangeable card I think that you could replace it with anything in the sideboard. I only use it in order to recycle my deck.
