This is a blue white control deck with a mana base supporting The Kami War   and Leyline Binding. The game plan is to play and protect planeswalkers. This works as both a best of 3 and best of 1 deck.

Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh, Reckoner Bankbuster, and Karn, Living Legacy synergize together. Activate Tezzeret's +1 ability and in response activate Reckoner Bankbuster to get the full selection of cards to discard while avoiding removal.

Luxior, Giada's Gift (sideboard) and Impede Momentum synergize with The Wandering Emperor.

This deck is highly adaptable to the opponent's deck. Most cards in the deck are either planeswalkers with multiple usable abilities or removal spells with varying costs and effects. There are only 2 or 3 copies of each removal spell so that the removal is varied. This deck can beat any standard deck but is most effective against midrange (although, it has a bad matchup against Illuminator Virtuoso decks and debatably Red and Red White aggro decks).
