Resplendent Angel and Twilight Prophet are the deck's main win condition. Otherwise it will be by keeping the enemies board clear and swing in, perhaps with a fat Ajani's Pridemate .

Sorin, Vengeful Bloodlord and Gideon Blackblade synergises really well. The reason there's not the full 4 copies of each planeswalker, is due to the deck also containing Kaya's Ghostform . Feel free to remove the Ghostfrom for another copy of each PW.

You'll often want to use Revival / revenge and Sorin, Vengeful Bloodlord 's -X to bring back Plaguecrafter or perhaps Resplendent Angel if the enemies board is clear of threats.
