My take on a budget deck that has been floating around for a while and that I want to keep tweaking.

I decided not to limit myself to some of the budget options, to get a little more power out of it.

Main goal of the deck is to put out some evolve creatures, pump them with undying creatures that you Pongify, and get 8-9 power on the board on turn 3. Then use Permission/Tempo spells to sneak an early win.

This is currently the list that I physically have and not what I consider the optimal build to be.
