 This is the MONO RED AGGRO DECK!! It is fast played with lots of boosting up your cheap creatures. This deck often wins from the 4th to 6th turn! This is a popular deck and you have probably seen a version of it before. (No? Then you're in luck!) but the difference is that in this version I have edited it just a bit to make it more affordable at the the same strength. This deck can often win with only having 2 lands the entire game. This is due of course to the cheap mana costs on all of the cards. All of the creatures are 1 drops except for one 2 drop creature: Arena Athlete . This deck works excellently with the prowess feature on Monastery Swiftspear, Akroan Crusader and Foundry Street Denizen.  An example of how this deck might run: You might play a Mountain on your first turn and then put out Foundry Street Denizen. Turn 2- play another Mountain and then put out Monastery Swiftspear and Dragon Mantel  / Titan's Strength. This triggers prowess on Monastery Swiftspear and Foundry Street Denizens ability (+1/+0). Attack for four damage on turn 2. Turn 3- play a third Mountain. Play any creature and then play Akroan Crusader, and an instant on him triggering his ability and getting a 1/1 red soldier with haste. (NOTE: playing Hammerhand is GREAT to do now because it will give Akroan Crusader haste and +1/+1). Ok now your Foundry Street Denizen is a 3/1 for the turn. Monastery Swiftspear got prowess so she is at 2/2. Arena Athlete has haste if you played Hammerhand and also got the +1/+1 so he is 2/2. Don't forget about your 1/1 soldier with HASTE. Swing at the opponent for 8 damage on turn 3! Proceed to play out your game like this totally showing up your opponent by just using a majority of commons and uncommons!  It should be noted that where in the sideboard we have Harness by Force and Act of Treason, Act of Treason is meant to be used as the cheaper substition for Harness by Force. Remember after all this is the budget version of this deck! The same deck as the mono red sligh standard 60 card favorite we all know and love; But a cheaper much more affordable version almost just the/as same/good. I am of course open to suggestions!
