It's green. It's ramp. It's somewhat budget. Mainboard is just a pioneer deck. Sideboard is cards I add in when I'm playing not pioneer (legacy? casual? not modern because of beans), in which case goal is to do the same thing but better. Panglacial Wurm can be cast off of mode 2 of Bushwhack or just cast from hand.
