I don't understand, if you want to build a mill deck then go mono-blue, and if you wanna do the discard go mono-black or Rakdos. This deck revolves around a neat little combo between Mindcrank and Duskmantle Guildmage. Except not really, because I don't feel like paying $150 for 4 Bloodchief Ascension and then another couple for 4 Mindcrank and 4 Diabolic Tutor so I just did a mix of everything that hopefully works out by turn 4.
