ironically Oblation was just added lol. But this is my Heliod goodstuff deck with some changes, and more will happen over time don't work!

Armistice is an expensive yet underrated card draw engine that mono white has access to...

My personal playgroup has made it abundantly clear that if I have Armageddon in a deck they will kill me first.

Inheritance is a cheaper armistace, but requires a trigger. don't know if that helps

I don't believe I need any other draw engines other than what I have honestly. The Scroll Rack + Land Tax combo, as well as skullclamp, alms collector, mind's eye and alhammarret's archive and Mangara should suffice, if they don't prove enough through my testing I have others to add like Dawn of Hope and Endless Atlas which were previously in my Old Heliod deck to decent effect.

i personally prefer Forsake the Worldly over Return to Dust because honestly do you ever cast the latter at instant speed?

i would also recommend Consulate Crackdown. favorite underrated card in the color. glad to see white on the rise :)

I cast Return to Dust as an instant all the time when someone tries to combo off or does something that would adversely affect my board.

You are running faaaar too few lands. I recommend upping your land count to 38. Otherwise, you're going to be missing land drops.

jakeyuki12 Thanks for the concern about lands but I have gone down to so few because in my own experience playing this deck I keep getting flooded and cut lands for spells to mitigate it. It seems risky but in most games I have played with the adjusted land count I still feel starved for cards and never mana.

Oldcrow80, it just appears that you will need a better defensive package. Have much have you played this deck? Have you had trouble with countermagic and removal?

I play this deck daily and haven't had much problems with either.

This looks really good. There are a lot of double white spells; is there anything with devotion that might be useful? It’s white, so it’s not as likely, but maybe a little jank like Acolyte's Reward?

The cards having lots of pips are simply just because the cards have several pips lol, other than that I run Nykthos.

Why Brimaz, King of Oreskos? I love the card but I just don't see it being strong in EDH. Maybe I'm missing something?

Brimaz is actually quite strong in EDH because first of all, it’s a 3/4 for 3 mana with only upside, which is solid on its own. Brimaz itself has vigilance, and has the ability to pay off immediately if someone swings at you. It can pay off the next turn if it attacks, but it stays untapped, and the token stays untapped. Additionally, the token doesn’t have to be attacking the player that you’re attacking with Brimaz, so you have the opportunity to attack fairly freely. I ran him in my old blood pod deck, but he works quite well as a stand-alone commander.
