My first attempt at a lock down deck. Feedback and suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

I'm trying to use only one creature, Circu, Dimir Lobotomist and lots of low cost spells to exile enough different creatures and spells from my opponents deck that they're limited to what they can play and end up with a lot of unusable cards in their hand.Then, with Forced Fruition if they can play a spell, the have to draw cards for it and take damage from Black Vise.

That was the thought process anyway. I think it still probably needs work.
