Not sure why Extinguish All Hope isn't mainboarded, but other then that nice deck! +1

Crokadilla: Thank you! Make sure to press that upvote button :P and i just recently sided Extinguish All Hope because I took out Elvish Mystic and Sylvan Caryatid (which made me sad cause all 8 were buy a box promo and fnm promo) lol. The deck still boards wipes well with Mana Bloom and Doomwake Giant comob's. :D

The list use to have Elvish Mystic in the main board, changed them out for Mana Bloom later on after a few updates.

Out of curiosity, is the Hero's Downfall description a paraphrased Labyrinth quote? Haha
June 11, 2014 12:38 a.m.
_ To a point yeah. Some could say its from LotR, but I figured it fitting with Hero's Downfall instead of saying "You have no power over me". So it was a toss up of that and "You have no power here".

I will consider it. The Instant triggers and making my graveyard creatures they killed with spells into deathtouch snakes as more than well compensated with Doomwake Giant s triggers though, so I will most likely not be removing Pharika, God of Affliction but perhaps something else along the line.

I agree, it is quite fun _. If I do add Mana Bloom it will be a 2-3 of most likely, haha yeah I know the popularity of Scavenging Ooze . Makes me happy why I have so many ways to rid such a creature :D, The other thing is Drown in Sorrow is able to be done earlier than a Doomwake Giant , so I mainly use his ability to make opponents things weaker mid-late game so I can block/destroy them. When it comes to aggro decks with 1 toughness it shines greatly, but with 2 toughness beaters or 3 toughness beaters, sometimes triggering Doomwake Giant + a Drown in Sorrow will shine brightly. Course everything is easier with a second one on board or just playing 2-3 drops.

I understand completely, but very few of my opponents actually let me get a 3+card combo off..So I look at it as 1 card for 3 mana more versatile than 3-4 card combos. I can still get that off with all the 3 drop creatures of course though.

Lol, funny story. Actually had someone Detention Sphere 3x Mana Bloom when I ran them with 2x Doomwake Giant on board...So I did use to run them honestly lol.

You probably have too many Mana Confluence you should only run four of them in a three color deck or greater. I understand that you have many double symbol cards, but you will be dealing a substantial amount of damage to yourself each turn if you get more than one Mana Confluence out at a time. I would suggest that you cut the number down to two or mabyeeeeee three if you fell you really need them.

In a two-color deck, you really shouldn't need Mana Confluence at all. Just run Golgari Guildgate , your deck doesn't care much about cipt lands.

I can understand that, I will cut down the number of Mana Confluence in the deck so it hurts me less overall.

And drawing 3 cards each turn. He was stuck on 6 mana so the turn after he Supreme Verdict ... I asked him after the match why not just Supreme Verdict first, he then knew he misplayed. Think he was just getting annoyed with the draw power and misjudged his action with emotion more than thought... Gotta admit saying "trigger" upon "trigger" each time I played one would get annoying.

I should also mention I Abrupt Decay 'ed in response to Supreme Verdict just to grab some more cards. He was angry, he hasn't showed up at my LGS since then too.

I have really enjoyed the Constellation mechanic because of plays like those lol. I also strongly believe post rotation Constellation will be stronger.

Hey man! Hope you're ok after the car crash. Since m15 is coming very soon I was curious if you feel like adding Garruk, Apex Predator . I feel that even though 7 is a heavy cost that it is a very good cost especially with the ramp that Courser of Kruphix and Sylvan Caryatid can bring.
July 9, 2014 5:01 p.m.
I am okay, thank you for asking :)! I was thinking on adding in Garruk, Apex Predator when m15 hits as a 1-2 of or even adding in Nissa, Worldwaker for more threats, maybe even 1 or 2 of each when rotation hits since I will have more slots! I do feel 7 is a hefty cost, but with the ramp and the "controllish" aspect of basically 15 removal spells + some possible removal creatures/planeswalkers makes this deck have the ability to run one or two 7 drops.. I am leaning towards Nissa, Worldwaker since extra lands will be threats and replacing Vraska the Unseen with Garruk, Apex Predator when rotation hits as well.
