This deck wants to get lots of instant and sorcery cards into the graveyard and refill its hand with Wheel of Fate, Reforge the Soul, and potentially Bedlam Reveler if low on cards.

It uses As Foretold and Kari Zev's Expertise to play Ancestral Vision and Wheel of Fate for free without waiting for their suspend costs.

The goal is to burn your opponent down with lightning bolts and galvanic bombardments. Reveler and Serpent can act as cheap beaters, but they also serve to protect your Chandra. Chandra can burn our opponent down a little, but our real goal is her -7. By the time we get to it, we should have enough Bolts and Bombardments in our graveyard to kill our opponent. If we don't, chances are we'll have a Wheel of Fate or Reforge the Soul that we can also cast for free to get them there.
