I've been trying to come up with a way to make a mill deck viable in standard and came up with this. It leans pretty heavy on psychic corrosion but there is a pretty good amount of card draw involved, with just enough white removal/life gain to keep the game going long enough to mill them down all the way.

There are obviously too many cards here, so I need help knowing what to remove, and what to replace. I really want to keep the card advantage of Opt and counters of syncopate, but I'm just not sure there is room in the deck for it to get straight to the milling.

In order to make the deck more resilient for the phase out I removed the Slither Blade and replaced with Slippery Scoundrel and took out the Gideon's Reproach in favor of Merfolk Trickster - the tricksters give me some control as well as putting a blocker/potential target for Curious Obsession on the board.

With a high likelihood of getting the city blessing due to the # of permanents we will be laying out via enchantments, I figured Slippery Scoundrel would be a sure way to keep Curious Obsession churning out cards even later into the game.
