Get off me if i did something wrong i am a beginner and i lose like every match and this is the second deck ive ever built plz give me tips on what to look for in a deck and tips for this deck because i want blue black to be my main deck. What i want this deck to be is a piss you off deck that just mills there cards and cancels some stuff and i want to be stable to so i don't get hit all the time. ty and plz help. oh and im looking for cheap cards because im broke and i would jace, Memory Adept but its to much but i was thinking 2 in there and plz tell me what to replace for them.
