Best Sliver Deck (Modern MTG Deck)

the whole point of this deck is to get out a Manaweft Sliver or Gemhide Sliver onto the field once one of these are out you start pushing out Slivers faster then your opponent can handle and the first turn its available you put out Asceticism then its all down hill from there
