The infinite mill portion is used with Midnight Guard in play with Altar of the Brood. Use Retraction Helix on the Midnight Guard and play Ornithopter so they mill a card then tap Midnight Guard to send Ornithopter back up to your hand play it again untap your Midnight Guard they mill a card then repeat. The second Is the infinite token combo this is also used with Midnight Guard and Hornet Nest play Setessan Tactics on Midnight guard and play Ephemeral shields on Hornet Nest Tap The Midnight Guard from the Setessan Tactics ability and do the damage to the Hornet Nest which is indestructible due to the Ephemeral Shields. The Hornet Nest creates tokens which in turn untaps Midnight Guard then tap again and repeat. Banishing Light and Dissipate are for removal basically.
