Turnabout + Sigil Tracer combo explanation —Aug. 2, 2016

Use 4 mana to cast Turnabout. Tap 2 wizards and use the last 2 mana to copy turnabout, untapping all your lands. Tap the last 2 wizards and tap 2 mana to copy Turnabout again, untapping all your creatures. You should have 4 mana left and 4 untapped wizards with Original Turnabout on the stack still activate Sigil Tracer's ability twice, choosing one to untap lands and one to untap creatures when the copies resolve. This leaves you with six untapped lands and four untapped wizards (and the original Turnabout on the stack). At this point, repeat step 5 for infinite mana, netting 2 mana each time.

Split second and uncounterable spells will destroy you because you have no responses to either.

more ways to get infinite mana/infinite draw is good:

Flagellum: Sounds like an interesting inclusion, will test it out thanks!

Raging_Squiggle: Thanks for the suggestions. Didn't think about uncounterable spells and Mindbreak Trap definitely sounds like the best option for those. Archaeomancer + Ghostly Flicker interaction is definitely cool but I need to find space for it.

Dismiss into Dream doesn't seem to fit very well. And it's a dead card without its combo pieces.

Mind's Dilation is cool, but it's too expensive for an ability like that. You'd rather use the mana for Meishin, the Mind Cage. That card at least synergizes with your commander's ability.

Sage of Fables is one of those cards that looks good in theory but not so good in practice. I played it for a while and I never needed to cast it because its ability was never really important.
