It is a combo//control hybrid deck that looks to achieve infinite turns while slowing down your opponents

Dovin, Grand Arbiter Tezzeret, Master Artifice And Teferi, hero of Dominaria are your 3 walkers you need to keep the value going along with 1 Oath of Teferi

Eventually once you're able to ult Dovin every turn, you can safely create infinite turns by grabbing at least 1 Nexus of Fate
