This Izzet deck works by countering any oncoming creatures or spells, and if some make it on to the battlefield, try burning their creatures with cards like Flame Slash, or Pillar of Flame. Slowly torture with counters and burns, and Guttersnipe and Goblin Electromancer are your helpers. 2/2 are underestimated. This is my first try at a homebrew deck, and I'd like to get some general feedback on how to improve how it plays. Thanks.
