Gameplan:

early game we need to have a consistent land drop which can be achieved by the help of Mulch.

Tracker's Instincts and Mulch makes dumping cards in the graveyard fast for a massive lifegain thru Gnaw to the Bone, may also discount the cmc for Ghoultree or make a big Unbreathing Horde.

lastly, Havengul Lich and Rooftop Storm combo will make those zombie's in the graveyard a 1 to cast creature.
