This here is a BOROS Dragon Tribal deck featuring a cool card from Strixhaven called Revel in Silence

Strategy and Tactics

The strategy here is to get out our hasty dragons and swing in the air. Goldspan Dragon really propels us forward with his absolutely busted treasure ability and Adult Gold Dragon is similar to Goldspan but with lifelink and no treasure ability. Velomachus Lorehold is a great top end with his awesome ability to sling spells in the late game.

Revel in Silence is an excellent control card that can stop the opponent in their tracks if we cast it on their turn or prevent them from affecting our board for a turn should we cast it during our turn. Elite Spellbinder is a great card that takes away our opponent's stronger card for a couple turns. You could say we "silence" them for a little.

Frost Bite and Dragon's Fire are excellent interaction spells that control the opponent's board. Draconic Intervention is a nice sweeper that exiles everything it kills. Unfortunately, it does kill our Flamescroll Celebrant   and Elite Spellbinder. Really we want to get damage in where we can with them, so they are acceptable losses. Lorehold Command is an awesome choice due to it's 4 modes. Need a creature? Done. Need some life gain and damage? Done. Need to some protection? Done. Too good to not include. Rip Apart is here to hit those enchantments and artifacts, not much else to say.

Win Cons

Really just one win condition here, that being swing with creatures until dead.

Substitutions

The only substitution I've noticed is getting rid of Valakut Awakening   in favor of other cards, like Lorehold Command or Showdown of the Skalds. We have Unexpected Windfall so we don't really need additional card draw, but it does do one good thing. It doesn't get rid of spells for Velomachus Lorehold to hit. Up to you what you decide though.
