Based around discarding the opponent's hand and punishing them for it. Building on a budget after seeing that the total deck price was $780. Glad to see that I could actually cut it down. Deck is looking for ways to run faster. Any suggestions that contribute to that goal will be met with a +1 from me on any deck. I have started my own MTG team recently and we are planning to go competitive this summer. This will be my deck of choice and I'm slowly planning to make it a perfect, consistent machine. Any suggestions towards card upgrades or bettering my sideboard will be welcome. I WILL NOT use Waste Not or Liliana's Caress and I'm trying to remain creatureless (with the exception of Mutavault)
