2019 Izzet Arcane Tempo challenger deck with a few modifications.

-Fiery Emancipation + The Miari Conjecture (turn three) + any given burn damage effect exemplifies the builds aim/function.

-The decks draw engine is modified slightly by Ral, Izzet Viceroy but, is otherwise unaltered.

-Guildgates and Temple of Epiphany removed in favor of Frostboil and Riverglide. Build seems to function well enough at 22 lands.

All suggestion/questions are welcomed. Aiming to make this deck competitive (without breaking the bank).
