I am running off of a tiny budget, so I cut many of the expensive cards from Brandon's build.(Ral Zarek and Serum Visions).

One of the issues that came from this is that Preordain is banned in modern, and I need a cheaper alternative.

The game plan is to dig for lands, and then just try to storm to the finish with Grapeshot. One of the easiest ways to play storm without paying hundreds of dollars, and it has backup in Blistercoil Weird in certain situations.
