When Ancestral Knowledge enters the battlefield, look at the top ten cards of your library, then remove any number of them from the game and put the rest back on top of your library in any order.
When Ancestral Knowledge leaves the battlefield, shuffle your library.

Basically, you want things that exile massive amounts of cards from the library and/allow you to throw away useless copies of Devourer of Destiny and Serum Powder.

Nicely built but I do have a few suggestions.
Ramp: Pentad Prism is the only 2 drop rock that'll net +2 different colored mana (albeit once). Copy Artifact doubles as any mana rock (or Strionic Resonator #2).
Haste Enablers: Need for Speed, and/or Ashling's Prerogative (especially since all your creatures are even cmc) deserve a spot over Fervor.
Topdeck Manipulation: Brainstorm (had to do a double take... how is this not already in the deck?) and Ancestral Knowledge (before Narset it finds mana rocks and after Narset it sets up absurd turns).

Here are some cards I think may benefit the deck:
Ancestral Knowledge can give you pretty much infinite scry 10
Banshee's Blade goes with the "deals combat damage" mechanic and can beef up your commander
Diluvian Primordial maybe just a sideboard, but could be effective against certain decks
Door of Destinies I saw a couple cards that made all creatures all types and thought this fit in with that
Forbidding Spirit great defensive flicker
Highcliff Felidar nice control flicker
Kinsbaile Courier counter engine
Mace of the Valiant will beef up commander as you flicker your creatures

Great concept. Perhaps we can abuse Ancestral Knowledge with blink effects. It’s a highly situational cards but in this deck is could be busted as it provides a shuffle, top-10 peek, and reorder. Good luck!
