So this mono blue artifact deck is fast starting and really hard to deal with, Cards like Zahid, Djinn of the Lamp and Tempest Djinn coming it around turn 4 and 3 you are going to have a different time handling these guys and all of the other creatures also flying high.. some good synergy with some cheap artifacts with some assistants for Zahid coming out turn 4. Leave you're thought for some other ideas you might have as well. Keep in mind this is a ultra budget deck for all.
