This is a deck I have that plays pretty well but I rarely use because people hate playing against it (when it's working). I'm trying a different version on here to think if I would ever want to consider changing it up.

It's based on Limited Resources and Plow Under type cards. The limited Resources isn't always necessary but can lock opponent(s) out of land completely. The cards I'm considering adding are Eternal Witness, Snapcaster Mage, and Aether Vial. The Vials being the only part I own making it an expensive upgrade. The Vial with 3 counters and Primal Command is an evil loop because you can keep getting the next Witness while bouncing a land to the top of your opponents deck each turn, even if you only have 5 mana (similar for Snapcaster but the spell gets exiled so not as exciting for reuse). The Enlightened Tutor can get the Vail, Limited Resources, or an artifact land in a pinch (plus if you have a hand full of land bounce but no land you may really need one to permanently lock one land out of play once the total is at 10). Remember that when a land is put onto the top of your opponents library not only do they get stuck putting that card out over and over again but they have to use their draw each turn to get it back! This means there is less of a chance that they will draw anything to stop you. Probably one of the least fun decks to play against.
