The idea is to get Eternal Dominion out and play the opponent's deck against them. All the cards focus on things happening during your upkeep. Braid of Fire gives you extra mana each upkeep which you can either pump into Rift Elemental or Jhoira of the Ghitu or, if you have Leyline of Anticipation out, use to cast permanents as instants during your upkeep. Jhoira of the Ghitu or the cumulative mana from Braid of Fire should help get Eternal Dominion out quicker. We're trying to focus on Braids, Conjurer Adept bringing stuff out since we can't cast spells when Eternal Dominion is around. Power Conduit, Rift Elemental, and Jhoira's Timebug clear out suspend counters when we need. Followed Footsteps gives us extra Jhoira's Timebug to use, or extras of powerful creatures later. Paradox Haze gives you extra upkeeps each turn to speed up all these abilities. Nivix Guildmage gives us extra cards and helps to get rid of extra legends and leylines.
