Here is the idea:

Rats obviously I removed a 1 drop rat that was pay Swamp, target discards a card for Tamiyo, the Moon Sage with the idea of endlessFog, Ogre Slumlord is obvious to any rats deck as he makes all rats deathtouch and multiplies out rats as nontoken creatures die thus making Pack Rat even stronger (power and toughness = token rats on the field only makes sense) Immortal Servitude brings 2 drops or 1 drops or whatever else drop creature back to the field this is a nice cover for when Tamiyo, the Moon Sage doesn't get to -8 or afterwards when I was sacing a creature (probably my Ravenous Rats as its a 1/1 and when it comes on the field opponent discards making it a fun remove return card when I play my Altar's Reap. I am always welcoming constructive criticism and other help that you may offer but please explain your reasoning behind it.

I made some changes take a look and make suggestions based on what upgrades you think will be great. Tamiyo becomes more use for drawing cards discarding the extra into the graveyard (2 drop creatures) to be returned with Immortal Servitude
