A Modern Deck Idea from Overperformance

The other night, I was playing with a revised version of my WORST deck irl. It's a boros deck built around Odric, Lunarch Marshal. It was a 3 person free-for-all and I won turn 8 with nothing but Odric, Lunarch Marshal equipped with two True-Faith Censers, a Lone Rider Flip that had been flipped, and Goblin Freerunner.
Is it possible to build a modern deck (preferably Boros or Orzhov) based around Odric that would be viable? I would love to see any decks built like this!
Odric is a 4 drop that doesn't win the game on the spot. I don't wanna be a Debbie downer or anything, but I highly doubt a deck can be built around him that is even semi competitive.
Feel free to prove me wrong though :D

Odric is a 3/3 for four mana. Lightning Bolt is a one mana card. I'd say that's a pretty good reason as to why it's not a viable card in Modern.

To start, i don't think this will be truly competitive, but we can try to make it as competitive as we can.
well lets see. the above points are valid. Lightning Bolt does exist and we can't ignore that. but Glorious Anthem is a card too. technically that could get us out of bolt range. now i understand that anthem may not be our best option but i think we could build a wide strat focusing on spreading buffs.
but what else does what odric does? Soulflayer for one. im sure you can find another one if need be.
now we need creatures with good keywords. preferably ones with multiple to get more bang for our buck. since we might be playing anthem style effects we can accept small creatures.
some ideas i get from just looking at some half decent white/black creatures.
we'd probably need some cheaper creatures to fill out the curve. theres also discard and removal, but black and white have that pretty well covered.
thats my suggestions for what might go into a "competitive" version of this deck.
