hello everybody i really need yours special help because i'm not professional player, and i relly would like if you could reccomend some changes or i can leave deck as i like this way

Yeah, and also don't ever, ever play surgical extraction.

Put it in a proper deck list and Surgical Extraction is fine, sideboard as a piece of tech.
