I really want to make a combo deck but they are super expensive. So I want to know is it possible to have goblin charbelcher without lions eye diamond?

You could go for Mox Opal, but the deck becomes slower without LED.

Springleaf Drum could be an option. Your cinder walls would make an adittional mana, but that's very bad. Maybe another ritual effect? Desperate Ritual.

Hmmm I think that i should just get rid of the LEDs and add more or the rituals and other accelerants? If it doesn't do good at all i will use the cards for parts. If it does great I might invests in the LEDs. Right? I think thats the right approach.

I really wouldn't play Belcher without LED.

The goal is to get to four mana, cast Goblin Charbelcher, then play and activate Lion's Eye Diamond to kill your opponent.

If you try to build without Lion's Eye Diamond, you then have to get the three mana from another card. This is incredibly difficult since you're already playing Rite of Flame, Tinder Wall, Seething Song, and (in some lists) Dark Ritual.

That leaves Pyretic Ritual, Cabal Ritual, and Desperate Ritual, which aren't really the best choices to have.

At that rate, you might as well play Mono-Black Reanimator.

Ok. Then what are some budget combo decks for legacy. When I say budget I mean at MOST $400. But even that price I would have to sell a lot of things.

The few off the top of my head:

Now I am no tournament player, and I do see the benefit to running the LED's. Recently, I have built a budget Belcher just as your suggesting. The Belcher still hits my turn 2 at the latest and I can Pretty consistently put out 10 to 14 goblins turn 1. losing the LED's for the Desperate Ritual is probably your best bet because of the splice. I will make my deck list public, proxy it up, and give it a try.
