Could cascade + Delay be a thing?

So here's the deal, you cast a card with cascade, let's say Shardless Agent. Then either on the cascade trigger or in response you counter it with Delay. You still get the trigger, but it will be cast later on, so you get more cascade triggers. Now, what if you imprint Delay onto Isochron Scepter? Genius I say, GENIUS!!! It sure is a long way to go for this combo, but I feel like it would be so much fun to pull off.

Now, here's the problem. I want to remove time counters, but I'm not sure what would be the best way to go about doing this. The format would be anywhere from 60 (or 75 if you include sideboard) to 100 card singleton. Anyone have any fun ideas? I will note that I am a Johnny style player, so any ideas are welcome. :)

Bless your heart, you beautiful mess. Clockspinning and Jhoira's Timebug for the counters. This sound fun, I guess, but what would you cascade into? It sounds like you've really got no room for value stuff.

That's the thing, I have no freakin clue. XD

But if you were playing with Maelstrom Wanderer as a commander, you could be cascading into quite a bit of stuff. Big, terrifying stuff even. Twice!

Maybe legacy, with Bloodbraid Elf and Shardless Agent already being sweet.

Paradox Haze to burn through multiple upkeeps and remove counters faster.

In commander, Paradox Haze is a powerhouse with many upkeep effects like Phyrexian Arena, Staff of Nin, Assemble the Legion, and Debtors' Knell. You can copy Paradox Haze with Copy Enchantment and Clever Impersonator for up to four upkeeps. Can even go further than that, but probably don't need to. Four is enough to make Jhoira of the Ghitu completely stupid.
