Need help fine-tuning RW Aggro

I've received a deck from a friend of mine who doesn't play anymore. I feel like this could be something I really want to play (Just for fun/casual play), but I also feel like there's a lot of room for fine-tuning. Would anyone mind giving some input on this deck list?
There is only 57 cards listed is this the hole list? I could of missed on the math.

Yes, it was all the cards he gave me, he noted it was missing a few cards. I'm still open to any input in how to improve it/fine tune it to run optimally. I'm thinking of possibly adding some more Boros-based cards from the Return block, but I'm open to other suggestions as to what to take in and what to leave out.

Would anyone else like to share some input?
Anything that blatantly should be replaced?
Anything to make it run more smoothly?

I'm thinking he took out the dual lands because they were worth something.
a set of duals would help out here.
I have a combo deck with Spitemire that's silly.
on another note I'd probably take out the Nimbus Wings and replace with some more interaction. Either a banning enchantment (like Journey to Nowhere) or more burn.

well, don't you think you should run some good 1 drop creatures? If it's an aggro deck, you definatelly should consider putting some like Boros Elite, Boros Recruit, or maybe some Somberwald Vigilante for an early threat that could benefit from some buffs or effects from each other, depending of the creature
I also have a Boros themed deck. Give it a look and see if it can help you somehow...
