Dropping my EDH advice here.
You want 40-42 bits of mana. Ramp spells. Mana rocks. 36 lands. Etc. If you want to focus on the animation ability maybe go up to 40 lands, with a single Sol Ring and more land ramp spells.
Then you want to decide direction.
If you want to play mono green good stuff, it is basically just a list of these are cool cards to play. Your commander becomes simply a cool creature you like.
If you want land animation focus, cards like Sylvan Advocate become interesting, as does Rude Awakening. The various Nissa's do a ton of work as well, animating lands, buffing them all, giving value etc. You rely on getting and protecting your commander a lot more and overrun effects.

I've kind of scrounged together a decklist out of what I could from Kaladesh/Aether Revolt to put together a Mono Red/Artifact flavored aggro deck. If anyone could give me some ideas of where I could go with it to make it a bit more competitive, that'd be much appreciated.

I've heard a lot of people make cases for both TCG Player and Card Kingdom (the same with the MTG youtubers I watch for advice, it seems to be split between the two), and I figured I'd try to get a general consensus from the TappedOut community instead.
Which of the two have you generally found to be more consistent in terms of Customer Service, and overall prices?

I was literally just watching that lol, but I do appreciate the advice.
It seems like it'd be easier to build around a cheaper commander (at least first starting out).
What other sorts of druids would I want to run?

If not, would anyone mind giving me a bit of a primer as to what kind of deck would be easiest to get into the format?

To give a bit of context, I've never actually played a Commander/EDH game, so I'm not exactly sure what is involved with an EDH deck, so any advice would be helpful.
Kamahl, Fist of Krosa has always been a big win con for me whenever I've ever played mono-green, so based on the only thing I really know (the legendary creature general thing), I would like to at least try to use him. Would anyone mind giving some advice on this?

So I'm thinking maybe 2/3 copies of Yahenni, Undying Partisan, Syndicate Trafficker, and like you suggested, get the two Buried Ruin to replace Quicksand. Is there more I can do to recycle the Memnite or Ornithopter to keep the sack train running?

Or would it maybe be better to go a bit more Aetherborn Tribal?

It doesn't necessarily have to be about Juggernauts. This is just how the deck came from Card Kingdom, but as I mentioned in the OP, I really like the synergy between Defiant Salvager and Marionette Master, so anything that can either facilitate, or support that I'd be welcome to suggestions. Would something like the Animation Module Metallic Mimic Combo work for the deck?

Hello everyone, as the title suggests, I'm playing around with Mono Black Artifact (The Black Metal battle deck from Card Kingdom to be exact), and I'm looking for some second opinions on what to actually take out/remove, as I'm not entirely familiar with the decktype. Advice is appreciated. A bit of a pre-note, I am rather enjoying the interplay between the Defiant Salvager and Marionette Master, so any ideas for promoting that would be appreciated. Anywho, on to the decklist:

Would anyone else like to share some input?
Anything that blatantly should be replaced?
Anything to make it run more smoothly?
April 20, 2017 9:34 p.m.
Yes, it was all the cards he gave me, he noted it was missing a few cards. I'm still open to any input in how to improve it/fine tune it to run optimally. I'm thinking of possibly adding some more Boros-based cards from the Return block, but I'm open to other suggestions as to what to take in and what to leave out.

I've received a deck from a friend of mine who doesn't play anymore. I feel like this could be something I really want to play (Just for fun/casual play), but I also feel like there's a lot of room for fine-tuning. Would anyone mind giving some input on this deck list?

I used to play a lot of Elves back when I used to play regularly (back around Lorwyn), and I'm trying to get back into the swing of things running mono-green elves on a relative budget (between 20-30 dollars). Would anyone mind taking a look at this deck and giving me some suggestions for cards I can get relatively cheap to make the deck Modern legal?
April 18, 2017 4:09 a.m.
I'm going to primarily be playing at some small casual events in a local card shop setting.
I generally like to play faster paced decks (My primary deck back when I played seriously was Elf/Token, combination of Lorwyn, Onslaught and Legion card).
What are some of the general themes of the most recent sets? I'm pretty flexible in what I can play, but I generally prefer either Mono-green or Mono-black

Hello everyone. As the topic suggests, I have not played in quite some time (Since at least Lorwyn). I've got a general idea of how to play the game, but I'd just like to stop on some type of MTG forums to get advice on how to proceed with rebuilding my collection (I only really have 1 deck left that I used to play casually).
