This is a modern UW control deck with a simple strategy: Stay alive until the late game (turn 6 or later) and play either Noyan or Talrand to start generating creatures with your instants and sorceries. Then play Gideon and you eventually smash their face. This is a semi-budget homebrew and is open for suggestions.
