StuBi and I have been having a lot of fun with it, during playtesting.

One of the things Control Players are noticing is that, as soon as people realize you have Censor, they start playing around it.

Then you often can't use it to draw until the mid game, as you need to cast other spells.

I'd swap them for 4x Essence Scatter.

I like Supreme Will better than Metallic Rebuke in this deck. You can't always guarantee Metallic Rebuke will cost less when you need it, and Supreme Will gives the option to draw.

I would toss the 3x Evolving Wilds in favour of 4x Ifnir Deadlands, then take out 1x Swamp. You need Control decks to be as fast as they can, and Ifnir Deadlands provides good utility in the late game.

As for a Sideboard, I'd try something like this:

3x Aethersphere Harvester
3x Duress
3x Negate
1x The Scarab God
2x Vraska's Contempt
3x Kitesail Freebooter
