This is a budget friendly deck that I made for my buddy Tyler. It has elements of control which he enjoyed in playing mono blue while being able to close out the game and remove threats on the board with black. The hope is to land some of your two drop creatures for a strong defense while getting your psuedo mill strategy underway to buff up your Wight of Precinct Six
