This is a combo deck that could actually work. The basic idea is that you have an infinite mana combo and plenty of sources to use it with. In many cases you can also get infinite life and/or infinite power. The creature base in it is not so bad either with strong cards like Polukranos, World Eater and Nylea, God of the Hunt which work as mana sinks as well as incredible creatures combined with the Progenitor Mimic's for extra oomph.

You can use Simic Charm, Ready / Willing, or Triton Tactics to also protect many of the creatures from early burn/removal.

If all else fails this is still a good base for a simpler simic deck which could dominate decks that you can't stall with the primary combo mechanics.

Primeval Bounty and potential creature ramp is also pretty good.
