Like many other elves infinite ramp decks, this deck has a simple setup.

Try to get either Priest of Titania or Elvish Archdruid (if you can pay the mana cost) with Staff of Domination to continuously build mana and be able to draw cards. Eventually, you will find Akroma's Memorial , and build mana for Joraga Warcaller to win the game.

Played correctly and you can win on turn 3.

This deck was heavily inspired by stingray0130 and his Elvish Speed deck.

Ramp

Elvish Mystic : Slow build up to your mana

Elvish Archdruid & Priest of Titania : Your main mana source and one of your win conditions

Heritage Druid + Nettle Sentinel : With Heritage Druid's passive (tap three elves for ) and Nettle Sentinel's passive to untap if a green spell is casted, you can easily gain mana over and over to place more elves.

Creatures

Elvish Visionary + Wirewood Symbiote To constantly draw cards while untapping your ramp creatures.

Quirion Ranger : Allow you to untap your ramp creatures.

Joraga Warcaller : To kick it a million times with the infinite combo and swing for lethal.

Artifacts/Sorceries

Staff of Domination : Another piece of your win condition. Once you have enough elves with Elvish Archdruid or Priest of Titania , you can float infinite mana gaining and infinite drawing.

Akroma's Memorial : Another key piece. Helps your elves by giving it many effects such as flying and protection from red and black and with Joraga Warcaller , you can swing for the kill.

Thousand-Year Elixir : To get past summoning sickness for your mana ramp elves.

Coat of Arms : To boost your elves in case you don't have your key pieces.

Genesis Wave : To bring out more elves and/or the artifacts you need.

Land

Wirewood Lodge : To untap your ramp creatures.

Ideal Draw

Your ideal draw Akroma's Memorial + Priest of Titania + Staff of Domination

Staff of Domination Method:

Turn 1: Forest (tap land) Elvish Mystic (pass turn)

Turn 2: Forest (tap land) Elvish Mystic (tap land and Mystic) Priest of Titania (pass turn)

Turn 3: Forest (tap lands) Mystics (tap your Mystic and lands) Staff of Domination (tap Priest) and continue the cycle till you get Akroma's Memorial and Joraga Warcaller

Win: The infinite combo allows you to draw your win conditions and finally use Joraga Warcaller to pump your elves to insane amount of power and toughness.
