First of all, apologies for the poor description quality, this was written on an iPad in a laundry room, will re-write when I next have access to my computer.

This is a pretty standard modern storm list, both the mana base and sideboard are a mess so any suggestions would be very welcome for those, bearing in mind I am on a budget of roughly 250. Other than that I would just like to hear other people's opinions on the list and throw any suggestions of cantrips/draw spells etc that you think could be an improvement (I'm ignoring all suggestions of serum visions as I personally dislike that card in storm decks).
