The Past

Failure. That's what the Simic Combine thinks of its effort to preserve nature in the plane of Ravnica. They failed in their task and are shamed because of it. However the newest Guild Master, Zegana, is determined to leave it in the past. After a fateful meeting with Kiora, in she learns of the fight that partook on Zendikar, and other problems going on in the multiverse. She listens particularly with rapt attention to the stories of Innistrad, and how the angels are upsetting the balance, and how Nahiri is destroying everything for revenge. When she finds out that Nahiri is even destroying nature, Zegana snaps. She asks Kiora to go to Innistrad as a representative of the Simic guild, and to get new recruits for the guild across multiple planes to help fight the problem on Innistrad. Kiora agrees and the new age of the cross-plane Simic Guild begins...

Present

Kiora is tired, but content. After being asked to help with Innistrad as the face of the Simic Guild, she recruited many allies, and was even able to convince her acquaintance Nissa to assist her. Under the banner of the Simic guild an army has gathered, and are prepared to help save Innistrad from Nahiri and the Angels.

The Future...

Has yet to be seen.

Really sorry for the weirdness of the opening. I was bored so I thought it would be fun to write a lore part to the deck, even if it doesn't make the most sense I found it kinda fun to write.

Strategy of the Deck:

This deck is just like the Simic guild, adaptable. All the creatures in here can do multiple things, and have multiple uses as seen in Altered Ego, the main reason I built this deck. We use tempo cards such as Bounding Krasis and Harbinger of the Tides to control the board state early. Throw in a few cards to block and do things early such as Sylvan Advocate and the man-land Lumbering Falls and you are in buisness. We have Utility cards such as Nissa, Voice of Zendikar to make blockers and pump our team, and cards such as Kiora, Master of the Depths to have uses such as card advantage and tempo. I would like that suggestion stay under 15 dollars since I'd like to keep this relatively budget. So sorry but not Collected Company, or Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  . _(.)_/

Conclusion

I'd really like this deck to work out, and I think it has a chance, but what I really need help with is the sideboard. I'm not sure what I can really put in there so help would be greatly appreciated there, and just with the rest of the deck in general. Thanks!
